The rough winter of 2014 made outside temperatures nearly unbearable. On the South Side, homeless youth could find refuge -- as well as food, showers and a place to sleep -- at Ujima Village. Anyone between ages of 18 to 25 were welcome to stay at the recently opened shelter. Robert Williams and Kendall Mason are regulars at Ujima, where they have found not only shelter but a foundation to rebuild their lives.
