Even in the warmer days of summer, it's hard to shake the memories of the year's harsh winter.
The darkness and cold left many Chicagoans with the blues. But a treatment
for Seasonal Affective Disorder may be right under your nose. Dr. Alan Hirsch, Director of the Smell and Taste Research Foundation, has a few tips to help Chicagoans prepare for the darkness and cold of next winter.
