Embeya creators use Restaurant Week to showcase business

Chef Thai Dang and restaurant director Attila Gyulai opened the doors to Embeya in September, and are part of this year’s Chicago Restaurant Week. Both have experience in fine dining with multiple Michelin stars between them, but this is their first chance to run their own business.
